Two people, two schools of thought, one obsession.
She has spent years with her hands in all hair textures…. understanding texture the way you learn a language. To Pam, it’s not about fixing or correcting, it’s about listening to what your hair is meant to do.
He came from a world of spreadsheets and systems. His own texture became the one problem no formula could solve. He realized the issue was never his hair, it was that no one actually understood what it needed.
Together, they built Scatter. Not another rulebook for how hair should behave or look, but a way of making products that listen first. Her intuition, his rigor. Her ear, his method. A shared belief that people don’t need to be told who to be. They want to be understood.
Because a city this loud doesn’t need one more thing to manage. It needs effortless, made on purpose, by two people who finally spoke the same language.

Every formula starts as a question, and we don't stop until we've answered it. slip took 7 long, thoughtful iterations before it earned its way out the door. We built it for textured hair first, then put it on every hair type we could find, from everyday heads to session work. The verdict from our focus group: it works on ALL of it. Formulated in London. Made in the USA. Tested more times than we'd like to admit.
